Every product we use has been handpicked for its sulphate, paraben and cruelty free credentials, but also for their efficacy. We use Kevin Murphy colour, which is PPD dye and ammonia free - the only salon in Tauranga to do so.
We practice sustainability in everything we do, using eco, sustainable cleaning products and we compost and recycle everything possible.

Owner Libby Whaley has brought her vision for a different type of salon to the Bay of Plenty after 15 years spent hairdressing in Auckland.
After suffering from eczema and dermatitis, Libby found working with paraben and sulphate free products offered great improvements in her skin concerns, and triggered a passion in health and wellness that she wanted to share with her clients.
She dreamed of opening a salon that used only ethical products without harmful chemicals, and Epsilon Hair was born.
